Conference Committee- HF 100/SF 73 Third and Final Committee

Welp. It came down to the last committee and nothing was discussed about the language adopted yesterday in the second conference committee. It seems as though Big Corporate Cannabis got in the heads of our Authors this weekend. This is very disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
