Had the absolute best yoga sesh this morning at @cannajoy_mn with Diane from @612.yoga!
I haven’t done a yoga class since 2020, (😅😫), and my muscle could def tell today- the session was enhanced with canna use before hand, and with Diane’s expertise, we were able to engage our endocannabinoid systems with our practice!
